A workshop-style lecture on stepping into your best self in the most empowering way possible (and fuck how everyone else does it), with "as featured on Oprah" and "adored by Zoella" life coach Lucy Sheridan, and "you've seen her work everywhere" woke-and-vocal-about-it journalist Alya Mooro

Picnic-style bring-your-own lunch (or pop our the High Holborn, where there is a smorgasbord of options to choose from), served with juices from PRESSED

 

1.30 p.m. - 2.40 p.m. "Adore Your Cycle" 

International menstrual maven Claire Baker will teach us why we need to pay attention to our periods, how to track them, ways to harness monthly cycles for creativity and contentedness with a thorough breakdown of what each part of the month means for us, as well as time for Q&A

 

2.40 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Tea, coffee, and sweet treats

 

3 p.m. - 4.15 p.m "Let's Talk About Love" 

Featuring a performance of "Titantic" by award-winning spoken word poet Bridget Minamore, "Lessons I've Learned from Conversations on Love" from love investigator and RED Features editor Natasha Lunn, and a reading from Justin Myers (aka The Guyliner), from his new novel, the hotly anticipated The Last Romeo. Then, Bridget, Natasha and Justin will come together to discuss l-o-v-e with Laura in a panel-style chat.
