Bridget was the youngest person (and the first woman!) to be the lead tutor for the Roundhouse Poetry Collective, is one of Speaking Volume's 40 Stars of Black British Literature, and she was shortlisted to be London's first Young Poet Laureate.    Titanic , her debut pamphlet of poems on modern love and loss, came out in May 2016. She coaches ambitious women internationally on how to practice menstrual cycle awareness, calling them to learn more about the wisdom of their body to energise their health, life, business and creative expression.
